We offer a range of products for short-term investment of liquid funds and for longer-term investments.  It is important to select the appropriate time frame and a suitable risk/return ratio, and we also recommend spreading the investments as widely as possible in order to minimise risks.

Fixed-term deposits offer good yields and a high degree of safety for public institutions and businesses.

The fixed-income securities we offer include housing construction bonds, public mortgage bonds, mortgage bonds and other bonds. Housing construction bonds are issued by HYPO NOE Wohnbaubank AG, and the issue proceeds are earmarked for housing construction. When purchasing mortgage bonds, mortgage loans to private property owners provide the security. Our public mortgage bonds are backed by the economic potential and tax base of public sector bodies and boast an Aaa rating by Moody’s. Public mortgage bonds are an investment with the highest credit rating and secure yields. Our other bonds also stand out for their attractive returns and terms.  For larger investment volumes we recommend private placements, which are tailor-made issues.  Our investment specialists are happy to provide more detailed information on current issues and special situations.
