Tradition and innovation

Founded in 1888, the former Niederösterreichische Landes-Hypothekenbank (regional mortgage bank of Lower Austria) can look back on a long tradition and years of experience. After a partial privatisation in 1996, the State of Lower Austria became the sole owner of the Group once again in 2007. In the autumn of 2010 we adopted a new look and a new name – but we will never forget our roots.
